As an E-Commerce Head of Sales you will be joining a well established retail business in Manchester. You will be motivated by getting the best of out people,coaching, developing the current telesales staff to help achieve overall sales targets and developing new campaigns and promotions.

Our client is a market leading company within their niche specialism. They have experienced year on year growth over the past 4 years and are now keen to recruit a motivated and target driven Head of Sales to carry on growing the business.
Description
Duties of the E-Commerce Head of Sales include but not limited to:
Manage a team of 10 telesales staff
Ensuring team targets are achieved
Coach and develop sales team with 1-2-1 training sessions
Work along side marketing team to design and implement new campaigns and promotions
Lead from the front displaying the highest sales and operational standards
Sales forecast and projections
Ensure the team provides quality customer service, including interacting with clients, answering client enquiries, and effectively handling complaintsProfile
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience of managing a sales team
Strong B2C sales experience within e-commerce industry
Ability to build, manage and drive sales performance in a targeted environment
Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management
Professional, articulate and confident
Self-motivated with a positive outlook
Ability to identify training needs to improve performance
Experience of implementing sales promotionsJob Offer
On offer for the successful candidate is a salary between £35-40,000+ bonus, pension, parking , 23 days holiday and other benefits
