£40,000 to £48,000 (DOE) + 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension + Life insurance + Paid sick days.

Mon to Thurs 8.30AM to 5PM then Fri 8.30AM to 2PM.

Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Manager required for a leading manufacturer within its industry, based in Mold. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take full ownership of a department and offer continuous development

To apply for the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Manager role, you will need to have experience in managing Quality and Health & Safety systems within a manufacturing environment and be able to deliver best practice from a product and operational perspective. Ideally you will have a chemical process based background, but ANY manufacturing based background will be considered. You will need to hold the full NEBOSH certification and have strong proven experience in the range of QHSE standards for manufacturing environments. This role will mainly be based on the shop floor, so you will need to be willing to get involved in this hands-on environment.

As the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining QHSE functions as well as implementing & developing new processes. You will also take charge of the QA team consisting of 4 members, ensuring day-to-day activities are completed. This role will suit someone looking to promote group development, drive process improvements and lead changes within production & quality teams to reduce costs without compromising quality, minimise waste, and eradicate repeat concerns.

The QHSE Manager role:

* Maintain, implement, and improve QHSE functions and processes.

* Leading a team of 4 QA Technicians.

* Hands on role working MON-FRI.

The QHSE Manager:

* Experienced & time served QHSE Manager.

* Ideally from a chemical/process based background but all manufacturing backgrounds are considered.

* NEBOSH Qualified & a strong awareness of QHSE Standards
