My client, a leading company based in Luton are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator/Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis. The salary will be between £18,000 to £22,000.
We are excited to be hiring a new Sales Administrator to join our close knit and extremely successful and expanding team. We are family run and have been in business for over 30 years. We are looking for someone to take over ownership of the sales and order processing via the Vendor Central as well as other platforms.
In order to be successful in this role you will enjoy working within a small team who all help each other out whilst taking ownership of your own duties and responsibilities.
This role will involve managing the operational admin for several key clients, including some of the largest players in the online retail space. Prior experience with platforms like Vendor Central is preferable but is not mandatory.
Duties:
Process all orders from receipt to delivery
Create shipment labels for all orders/shipments
Create invoices for all orders
Collating information and ensuring the company systems are kept up to date in line with the orders on Vendor Central
Arrange for transport with preferred suppliers
Prepare sales and forecast reports for the factory and Senior Management
Uploading and modifying current listings and related imagery
Cross check stock levels with incoming orders to ensure SLAs are met
To be successful in this job you will:
Have previous experience with B2B wholesale or e-commerce
Be a confident communicator
Be organised & have excellent attention to detail
Have a proactive & 'can-do' approach to tasks and work
Be eager to take ownership of your tasks
