Service Co-Ordinator (Facilities Management/BMS/Air-Conditioning)

£20'000 - £24'000 + Bonus + Pension + Training + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Excellent role on offer for an exciting and ambitious company where you will be given training and play a key role in coordinating the service department.
Have you coordinated teams within in a busy, office/service desk-based environment? Do you have good IT skills, organisational skills and experience of chasing invoicing?
This well-established M&E contractor specialise in a wide range of commercial and domestic projects around London and the Home Counties and are well-known within the industry for providing a fantastic service. As a result of rapid growth they are looking for a skilled Service Co-Ordinator to help keep up with high demand.
In this varied role you will be co-ordinating Site Service Work and Service/Maintenance Engineers to ensure work is carried out within given timescales and to high standards. As a sole point of contact for Service bookings you will be responsible for coordinating technical projects including service contracts, invoicing, travel arrangements, training, and all other aspects to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
The ideal person will have been an office-based coordinator who has experience working with teams of service engineers where multitasking and problem solving are crucial. If you have worked within either Facilities Management, BMS, Air-Conditioning it in an advantage.
The Role:
*Co-ordinating Site Service Work and companies engineers
*Acting as a single point of contact for maintenance bookings
*Covering all forms of invoicing
*Proactive problem solving and issue resolution through liaison with colleagues and customers
*Administering Service Contracts, quotations and orders for labor within the companies scheduling system
*Champion customer service through ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard
*Working alongside suppliers and internal staff across Europe to resolve enquiries
The Person:
*Service Co-Ordinator (Facilities Management/BMS/Air-Conditioning)
*Experience of working on a service desk or in a busy office environment
*Experience of chasing and coordinating invoicing
*Highly organised offering support to the business/customers
*Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
*Strong telephone + written communications skills
