English Teacher needed in a Secondary PRU in Shrewsbury
Do you have Team Teach training? Do you have Residential experience? Can you support on a 1-2-1 or a 2-2-1 basis? Do you have QTS?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a SEMH Qualified Teacher in an outstanding PRU in the Shrewsbury area. The school is in a beautiful setting and boasts amazing facilities for students and staff.
The school is for students with SEMH and challenging behavior. This post requires a talented SEMH Qualified Teacher who is flexible, enthusiastic and dedicated to supporting children with educational needs to join their team of dedicated staff.
All applicants will ideally be Team Teach trained and have Residential experience and have a minimum of 6 months experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities.
You will need to feel confident within a classroom environment and be able to take direction from a class teacher. The school has a fantastic team of staff who are welcoming, friendly and supportive of one another.
The role will include:
Team teach training
1-1 or 2-2-1 work with students who require additional support
Have QTS
Leading a class
