Accounts Assistant

My Client are a bespoke studio facility for filmmaking. Since their earliest days they have been committed to working with, developing and supporting the best creative talent in the UK and abroad and have produced a range of exciting and innovative films that have earned critical acclaim, festival awards and been distributed worldwide. They have appointed Adecco to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will be hardworking, enthusiastic and keen for a challenge. Your main duties will include:

Making and answering telephone calls / distributing messages
Dealing with customer/supplier queries
Sage 50 experience
Data Inputing
Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers
Reconciliation of bank accounts and the sales and purchase ledgers
Raising and processing sales and purchase invoices
Assisting other team members and employees as require
Filing
