Client Details

I am recruiting for a number of immediately available Purchase Ledgers Clerks across the Kent area from blue chip companies to SMEs.

Description

The core duties include but are not limited too,

Code and check invoices
Work out VAT payments
High Volume
Pay out money via BACS or by cheque
Check and reconcile supplier statements
File invoices and statements
Deal with purchase enquiries
Process staff expenses
Excel - VLookups & Pivot Tables essential Profile

We are looking to take on someone who can reconcile statements and process a high volume of invoices with minimum training and can start work immediately.
