Our client, based in the Carrickfergus area are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to join their team immediately.

Main Duties:

 Daily pick management to fulfil requirement for two production sites.

 Manage receipt of inbound raw material to warehouse and maintain receipt monitor.

 Action inbound materials for book-in based on receipt monitor and any special requests made by customer.

 Ensure accurate data log of information on customer Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

 Support Finished Goods shipping office admin duties as and when required.

 Management of delivery paperwork.

 Stock management.

Supporting Responsibilities:

 Assisting with general admin duties as and when required.

 Support Goods out department as and when required.

 Liaise with other departments as and when required.

Essential Criteria: Successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 GCSES, excellent knowledge of IT Systems, and have experience within a warehouse/administration environment. Shipping experience would be desirable.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
