Job Details
I have a requirement for an experienced PA/Senior Administrator to support my client in Glasgow until September 2021 with an immediate start.
You will provide the executive team with all aspects of administration and PA support. This will be providing support to the Senior management team, therefore I am looking to speak to candidates who are used to supporting at a Senior level and you must be able to demonstrate this.
On a typical day you will support with managing work flow processes, support with senior management meeting, prepare agendas, minute taking etc and support with accommodation and travel arrangements
If you are an experienced PA/Senior Administrator that has supported at a Senior level with all aspects of administration and PA support then i would love to hear from you
Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours) Office is based in Govan with on site parking available.
