Staffline are recruiting for an Sales Executive to join our prestigious client based in Shrewsbury. This is a permanent position with a completely uncapped bonus scheme. The main responsibility within this role is making mostly outbound calls to generate bookings from existing customers. You will also deal with incoming calls for bookings & and also liase with customers.
The rate of pay is between £19,000 - £21,000 Per Annum, which is negotiable on experience. The hours of work are (Apply online only) Mon -Fri. Please only apply for this position if you have a minimum of 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SALES ADVISOR ROLE.
Your time at work:
Working in a busy fast paced environment.
Use of the telephone making outbound calls to existing customers.
Answering incoming calls and placing bookings within the system.
Full training & information will be given.
Performance will be monitored on success rates.
Strives to exceed customer expectations at all times.
Ensuring there is growth and development of the business through providing core, value added and incremental aftersales products whilst upholding full Duty of Care to the customer’s at all times.
Our perfect worker:
Previous 2 years customer service / Sales experience is a MUST.
Have high levels of attention to detail.
Positive attitude.
Teamwork.
Strong communication.
Enthusiasm & excellent customer service skills.
Your own transport to get to the location of work.
