Our established client is seeking a Life Insurance Specialist to work in their offices situated in the trendy area of Ashley Cross, Poole.

£25,000 basic
OTE 50K

The founder and MD of the business is very passionate and this comes across within seconds of speaking! He works closely with his team of experts and he is looking for someone to bring passion, drive and sincerity. He wants like minded people that have ambition and he acknowledges that flexible working is the way forward.
This is not a call centre role nor the rigidness that working in that type of environment brings. Instead, you will be working with a team of professionals where your client truly receives a personal service. Its an opportunity to build long standing relationships built on trust and to build a portfolio of business.
This opportunity would suit a person who is looking for a career and not just a job. You will have a passion for helping people, you will be a strong communicator and excellent at building and maintaining business relationships. You will have integrity and have a positive outlook on life with at least two years experience of life insurance field.
