Page Personnel are working hand in hand with this fantastic Legal Services business to recruit for an experienced legal secretary to join their team.
This role would ideally suit someone who has worked within a law business previously, however someone with strong administration & typing skills would still be considered.

This Legal Secretary role will involve but not be limited to the following duties:
Audio typing
Dealing with legal documentation
Preparing court documents & bundles
Dealing with queries
Arranging telephone consultations
Collate & record documentation from clients
Collect and retrieve information from files as needed
Create, format, revise and edit legal documents
Ad hoc admin
Profile
The successful Legal secretary will require the following:
Previous experience working within an administration role is a must
Audio typing skills
Previous experience working in law would be advantageous
Hard working
Able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information
Great attention to detail
Good organisation skills
Pristine telephone manner

£17,000 - £19,000 dependant on experience
