Family Assessment Centre Senior Practitioner
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join the Family Assessment Centre based with Haringey Council. This is a permanent opportunity to join a diverse and fast changing borough with a growing population of children and young people.

Role Requirements
*Satisfactory enhanced DBS
*Active SW England registration
*Recognised social work qualification
*Experience of working with vulnerable children, young people and their families
*Experience of undertaking specialist PAMs assessments
*Experience of undertaking parenting programmes
*Knowledge and experience of using psycho-dynamic framework as a tool in understanding family dynamics to support families to reach their potential
*To carry a load of complex cases requiring experienced and expert practitioner input in relation to court directed parenting capacity assessments
*To model high quality professional behaviour and to develop and promote notions of authoritative practice within the service
*Progress children's plans in accordance with the current local protocols - this may include writing statements within timescales and giving evidence on behalf of the local authority in the Family Proceedings Court
*Taking the lead on bespoke pieces of work in conjunction with partner agencies
*Contribute to policy development
