Job role: Finance Assistant - Part Time
Salary: £13ph
Job Type: Temporary
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Location: Coventry
Do you have previous experience in Accounts? Are you AAT level 3 qualified? Are you available immediately and looking for a long-term part time temporary position? If so, read this opportunity maybe for you.
Duties of the Finance Assistant will include:
Purchase ledger
Supplier management and payments
Financial reporting
Sales ledger
Bank reconciliations
Credit Control
Dealing with any financial queries
Budget and Cash Flow Monitoring/Forecasting
Weekly debtors, creditors, and cash flow forecasting
Preparation of monthly profit & loss balance sheets
Financial report management
Payroll
Updating of employee pension records
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience within a Financial Assistant role
AAT qualified to level 3 or a part qualified accountant
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Xero or other financial packages
Attention to detail and time management
