Customer Service Advisor - Inbound
Start Date - 18.01.2021 Pay Rate - £9.50ph
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for hard-working, customer focused call centre advisors looking for a fresh approach to inbound customer services.
Hours available:
37.5 hours per week perm contracts available. Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm. plus rotational weekends of 8am - 2pm Saturday with time off during the week to compensate for any weekend work.
This role can be home based working with an option to work on site for those this is suitable for, long term these roles will be site based.
Training will be 4 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.00pm. Candidates must be available to complete this training in full. After 13 weeks there will be an opportunity to secure a permanent contract
Job Overview
As a member of the team, you will play a hug part in providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for taking ownership and resolving customer queries such as amending and updating customers accounts in relation to bills and general account queries looking to resolve the customer query on a first call basis.
