Job Details
Adecco in Bournemouth are pleased to be assisting a well established food business in Dorset. They are looking to recruit for a Food Technical Administrator on a full time permanent basis.
General Administrative;
Reviewing results and trends and reporting of laboratory results, to enable focused actions to be implemented by the site teams
Carry out routine administration for the Technical department, including filing, data input, typing of correspondence, record keeping, etc.
Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly report writing - this to include internal and external / customer reports
Customer Complaints - recording, trending and reporting of customer complaint information to enable focused actions by the site
Maintain & update technical notice boards ensuring that all employees are aware of current technical KPI trends.
Issue factory specifications (recipes, process control paperwork etc) as required and in a timely manner. Ensure that all documentation is current and all old documentation is removed
Manage and maintain the Document Control process
Monitoring & measurement of Improvement activities through routine reportsExtra Tasks;
May be required to travel to the other sites.
General supportive duties as directed from other members of the team and various sites.
Flexibility in working hours to support technical and customer requirementsSalary:
£25k - £27k per annum
