Payment Operations Analyst - South Gyle, Edinburgh
Full Time Hours, Monday to Friday with flexibility to work around occasional weekends
Start Dates 6th January 2021
We're looking for Payment Operations Analyst who will help support the development of Payment processes for our Client a UK Leading Bank, supporting the delivery of solutions which address business needs.
Supporting the Migration Programme, the role holder will form part of the wider Payments Operations team, which will have overall responsibility for Payment related reconciliation activities. Investigation and repair activities, scheme related reconciliation and settlement processes.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in working in an analytical role within Financial Services
* Well organised and able to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
* Highly numerate, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail.
* Customer focused
* Demonstrate an ability to think and reason logically
* Understanding and experience of payments processing
* Exceeds the expectations of internal and external customers through the quality of customer service, meeting their needs and demonstrating the added value of the service provided
* Excellent team player, works cooperatively and productively with others; openly exchanging information and supporting colleagues from around the organisation to achieve business goals
* Proven track record of working on own initiative, with the ability to introduce fresh thinking to the role and the wider team.
* Strong relationship management skills
* Exceptional communication skills
