Learning Support Assistant needed in a SEMH school in Rugeley
Are you a confident and engaging LSA? Do you have a real passion for helping every child reach their full potential? Are you able to differentiate your support for a variety of abilities?
A fantastic SEMH school is seeking an experienced behavioural Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
The post will be supporting in lessons to all ages and will involve working with a team of colleagues, to ensure all students' needs are met.
This is a rewarding role and requires applicants to have a background of assisting children with SEMH, ASC and challenging behaviour. The role is FULL/PART time on a week by week contract with the opportunity to go longer term for the right LSA.
The ideal LSA will be:
An LSA WITH 6 MONTHS SEMH, ASC and challenging behaviour experience
Resilient and patient
Able to work with both groups and one-to-one
