Multi Skilled Engineer

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer | City of London | Temp to Perm | Continental Shift Days & Nights | £41,000 /£18ph+ Overtime - Immediate Start

My client is currently recruiting for a multi skilled maintenance engineer to workin a prestigious, flagship premises within the City of London.

Technical duties will includ; Emergency Lighting, Fault Finding, Wiring, Power Distribution, Sockets, Circuits, UPS, Switching - HV/LV, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Pumps, Motors, Belts, Fans, Boiler checks, Generator tests etc. Day to day duties will also include other general building services, dealing with tennat, dealing with fit out contractors and this is a position to become your own manager within a company & building.

Hours

Continental Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off 5 on 5 off

7am to 7pm - 7pm to 7am (Days and Nights 12 hour shift)

Requirements:

Experience working in commercial building services
Electrical or Mechanical City & Guilds Level 2&3 or equivalent
Apprentice trained - Desired not essential
HVAP - Current - desired not essential
Able to work the hours advertised
