Your new company
Your new company is a social housing association based in Birmingham and local areas in the Midlands.
Your new role
In your role you will working on void properties and occupied homes. You will need to be able to have a multi skilled background and show good customer service when dealing with tenants. You will have to have your own van & tools to carry out the maintenance work as a Multi Skilled Carpenter.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful candidate you need to be able to carry out building maintenance trades with a main background of Carpentry. Basic plumbing, painting and tiling will be needed to carry out reactive repairs when on call.
What you'll get in return
In return you will get the opportunity to work 39 hours per week, get paid weekly on £18 per hour. After 12 weeks there will be an opportunity to be taken on permanently within the business and be given a van and a fuel card. The role is temp to perm.
