Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Kent

A fantastic opportunity exists to work for a regional Kent based contractor primarily working on hospital and healthcare frameworks for refurbishment and new build construction.

Responsibilities:

As a Site Manager you will be reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be working on a variety of special works and hospital refurbishment/new build programs.

The succesful candidate will manage the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client. You will manage the associated trade packages to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, be commercially aware and ensure site records are maintained and updated regularly.

You will posess:

Demonstrable experience working on hospital refurb and new facility/healthcare installations.
