Senior Administrator

Interaction Recruitment are working with this Peterborough based business in recruiting for Senior Administrator on a 3 month fixed term contract initially. This role will require 2-3 days in office training but will be working from home 
 
What's involved:-

· Assist Management in all administration functions and processes

· Facilitate development of projects, managing them from idea stage to delivery

· Ensuring all aspects of the project are moving forward, providing regular updates and updating information

· Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary administrative and procedural materials

· Organize and implement formulated policies and procedures

· Attend meetings virtually and take notes, ensuring action points are assigned to yourself and others

· Communicate with internal staff and clients on necessary information

· Strategically create project plans, creating a timeline and setting benchmarks

· Collaborate on team presentations

· Analyse project data and produce progress reports 
 
 The person:-

· Experience of managing/ coordinating projects

· Understanding working to time schedules and benchmarks within a project environment

· Experience of creating and maintaining project activities e.g., the risk log, the project plan, the project budget.

· A high degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite - especially MS Excel and Word.

· Extremely organized and focussed and self motivated

This role requires someone who can work to tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks, whilst maintaining a good client relationship!

A salary of £21,000 is on offer.
