The client is a leading FM service provider who specialises in technical building maintenance mechanical and electrical.
Description
As a supervisor your responsibilities will be as follows:
Overseeing all PPMs and Reactive repairs
Supervision of a small team of building maintenance engineers
Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance duties
Reporting in to the contracts manager
Assisting with the monitoring of KPIs & SLAs
Attending client meetingsProfile
The successful candidate will be electrically or mechanically qualified and a well established building services Supervisor with aspirations to progress into contract management.
