The Client is a leading FM service provider looking to add a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to their team in London. Candidates must be Level 3 qualified and ideally hold a G3 unvented certificate as well.
Description
As a Maintenance Engineer with a Plumbing bias your responsibilities would be as follows:
PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Maintenance plumbing
Blockages
Leaks
Plumbing installs
Plantroom and basic boiler maintenance
Pumps, Motors
AHUs, FCUs, VAVs - Filter Changes etc.
Seals
Bearings
Tap Temperatures
Water temperature testing
Profile
The successful candidate will:
Be qualified to Level 3 in plumbing
Hold a G3 Unvented cert
Have commercial building maintenance experience
Work well as part of a team
Hold a full clean driving licence
Be willing to work as a mobile Engineer
Job Offer
The salary for this role is up to £35K + Overtime
