Hatchery Team Leader
Job Details
The rate of pay is £9.47 per hour and there are opportunities for overtime.
You will work from Monday to Friday in this full time role. The hours of work are:
-3am to 11:30am - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
-5am to 1pm - Wed
Your Time at Work
As a Hatchery Team Leader at this site, you will:
-Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in receiving and preparing eggs for incubation; incubating eggs; grading, preparing, and shipping chicks in poultry hatchery
-Assist the hatchery manager in daily operation of the hatchery
-Observe health and safety rules at all times
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Hatchery Team Leader will have good communication and interpersonal skills. You will be reliable and have experience working as part of a team.
Basic maths and IT (Microsoft Excel) skills are required in this role.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, however, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
