Systems Administrator -High Wycombe - Six month FTC
Job Details
Our client, a respected University based in High Wycombe, are seeking a Systems Administrator, to support the Systems Manager in the ongoing development of the learner management system, set up of individual learner records and ongoing reporting of learner compliance status.
This is a six month fixed term contract, starting in January.
Main Duties & Responsibilities of the role:
Supporting the ongoing development of learner management system for apprenticeships
Working with and supporting curriculum teams to create and develop learning plans within the system
Monitoring all active apprentices on Aptem and reporting on progress
Reporting on functional skills needs
Providing helpdesk support to all apprentices, employers and internal users
Creating help guides/manuals and online guidance/support to allow for self-serve first line support
Assisting with the provision of training to apprentices, internal users and employers
Working with Reporting and Compliance Manager to ensure data is correct and up to date
Assisting with coordination and completion of the onboarding process with admissions and enrolment onto Aptem
Assisting with the collection of apprentices ULNs and employer EDRS numbers
Creating relationships with the Aptem development team to monitor development progress and identify new requirementsLearner Management Systems experience and knowledge of higher and degree apprenticeships is desirable
