Warehouse Operative

Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work in a large and busy distribution centre in Daventry. Pay parity is available from day one and you can earn up to £12.51 per hour with overtime

We have a variety of shift patterns available and you will work a 4 on 4 off or any 5 days out of 7 with a rota provide, the shift times are:

Shift Pattern - 5 out of 7
- 6am - 2pm
- 2pm - 10pm

Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off
Days 7am - 7pm

Pay rates start at £9.41 per hour and you can earn up to £12.52 per hour with overtime. Overtime is paid after 40 hours.

No previous experience necessary as full training will be provided.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative at this site, you will use an RDT scanner to pick and pack a variety of products for customers orders.

You'll work to a pick target and will be measured on your performance, in terms of your pick/pack rate.

Our perfect Warehouse Operative thrives in a fast-paced environment, working to set targets and ensuring that all duties are completed in a timely yet accurate manner.

You'll be happy to complete repetitive tasks which will include lifting and moving multiple items on a regular basis.

No previous experience necessary as full training will be provided.
