My engineering component client has a site based in Leeds and they are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to manage the parts sales with all trade customers; this is a great place to work and you will be a key part of the existing branch team. A great new and exciting opportunity that you will just love coming to work every day. Ideally you will also have a valid Driving licence as part the role will be working alongside the supervisor with delivers/stock enquires so it is really handy that you are happy do do some heavy lifting.
As part of the branch team you will engage with colleagues, having a strong focus on supporting all the trade counter sales functions for all trade customers.....
Processing any trade counter sales – enquires, brochure and component advice.
Helping customers find the parts they need using a range of POS and pricelists including technical data sources.
Investigate record and resolve customer issues from general & technical questions, creating a world class customer experience.
To process customer transactions efficiently and accurately together with undertaking associated warehouse & stock management activities within agreed service levels.
Process sales orders via telephone and email.
Account manage sales orders for key commercial clients.
Warehouse operations .
You will need to be able to work under pressure in a customer facing environment and provide excellent product advice and customer service, resolving any issues with customer’s demands.
An intuitive and inquisitive nature.
Someone who is comfortable conversing with a customer in a commercial & technical way and offering solutions.
Computer literacy is required.
A great salary is offered £18,000 with great working hours, benefits, training and free parking on site with an addition bonus offered.
