Customer Service Coordinator - Automotive Industry
Bristol (Close to the Avonmouth area)

Customer service coordinator role on offer for a stable company that has grown throughout this period where you will be given a personalised training and development plan to develop your skills.
Have you worked in a busy, customer facing role? Do you have good organisational, IT and communication skills?
Established over 100 years ago this company supply specialist vehicles for applications across the globe. Having invested millions of pounds across the company they now require a customer service coordinator/controller to support their ongoing business growth.
Working as part of a small, specialist team you will be the main point of contact between customers and the service engineers to ensure work is carried out within given timescales and to high standards. You'll use a SAP system to ensure everything runs efficiently and will carry out audits to keep everything as efficient as possible.
The ideal person will be from a busy office or service desk background in the automotive sector. You'll be proactive and used to multitasking with good problem skills. Knowledge of SAP and an ability to pick up systems quickly will also be beneficial.
The Role:
*Customer Service Coordinator/Controller
*Main point of contact between customer and engineers
*Working to deadlines whilst maintaining the highest possible standards
*Processing all information through the SAP system
*Controlling parts and auditing
The Person:
*Experience of working on a service desk or office environment
*Highly organised offering support to the business/customers
*Good IT skills (MS Office + SAP advantageous)
*Strong telephone + written communications skills
