Job Title: Technical Manager - Food Industry

Responsibilities:

Provide Technical support to Sales relating to the feasibility of ingredients, feasibility of formulation, feasibility of dosage form
Advise on product claims
Provide technical support to customers
Generate product specifications & supporting documentation to meet customer and global regulatory requirements
Preparation of manufacturing documentation
Preparation of validation protocols and reports as required
Lead the company New Product Development process
Work with specialist consultants to support the medical device products regulatory and development requirementsRequirements:

Experience working as a Technical Manager is essential
Experience within the food industry is essential
Degree in science with knowledge in nutrition or food scienceInterview process:
