PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A BUILDING SURVEYOR IN PLYMOUTH - PROJECT DELIVERY & PROFESSIONAL WORK - £42,000
Your new company
As a Chartered Building Surveyor you'll be joining a commercial property consultancy based in Plymouth who offer a wide range of property services to both private and public sector clients, including for affordable housing providers and private commercial property estates. You will be working for one of the south west's most historic and leading property firms.
Your new role
As a Chartered Building Surveyor you will take ownership of a wide range of professional and project management services. You'll quickly become involved in undertaking dilapidation schedules, party wall awards, contract administration, project management and will also help to piece together planned maintenance schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you'll need to have experience in providing a high level of customer and client care, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and carry an ambition and drive to continue growing the business. You'll need to have a degree in Building Surveying or similar, and hold MRICS membership.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a basic salary of £42,000 alongside a generous annual leave allowance and access to company pension scheme. The role will also offer a hybrid working structure, including both home and in-office working.
