Role: Organisational Learning Lead (Human Resources)

Hours: 9am - 5pm weekdays only

Location: Andover based. Please not that when travel restrictions ease, you will be required to travel to other locations in the South. Therefore access to your own vehicle is essential.

Role:

Responsible for leading all areas of work designed to create a positive learning environment that supports organisational development and a positive employee experience.

Work with the team to deliver a wide range of learning and experience interventions to support the business transformation strategy.

Influencing the business to create an environment where everyone is engaged and feels valued and motivated to develop themselves to do their best work, making the business a great place to work now and in the future.

You:

CIPD qualification is ideal but not essential. Must be able to evidence CPD.
Previous experience in a Senior Learning and Development role
Previous experience managing a team
Experience in delivering a range of diagnostic tools such as: DISC, SDI, Myers Briggs and Strengthscope
Project Management experience: stakeholder management; change management; event management; design and delivery of Learning initiatives; budget management
Ability to adapt, stay ahead of trends and develop original and impactful solutions
Demonstrable experience in building effective and collaborative relationships with the ability to inspire confidence and respect with all stakeholder groups
Proven experience of coaching and influencing colleagues to include senior stakeholders
Experience in the design, delivery and implementation of training and learning initiativesIf you think this is a role for you, please apply today!
