Qualified Social Worker

Newly Qualified Social Worker.

I am recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to work Within Wrexham Council.

This role will be based within the older people's team and is to start immediately.

The be considered for this role you will need a good understanding of Hospital Discharge, Older Person Mental Health and the ability to conduct Mental Capacity Assessments would be beneficial.

This role is ideal for Newly Qualified Social Worker.

Requirements;
* Degree in Social Work
* Up to date DBS
* HCPC registered.
