Interaction Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and expanding business near Eye who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager / Management Accountant for their team.
You may be ACCA (or equivalent) qualified or qualified by experience and keen to take on an opportunity where you will play an integral role in driving the business forward.
Duties of the role include:
- Completion of monthly management accounts
- Assisting with financial analyses and reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Overseeing a small team, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, monitoring purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control functions
- Top level involvement with process improvement and decision making
You will be an excellent communicator, able to manage and communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels. You will also be naturally analytical with a keen attention to detail and be a confident user of accounting systems / MS Excel
