Team Manager PM (Alfreton)
Hours: 2pm -10.30pm
Working 5 out of 7 Days
What you'll be doing
As a Logistics Shift Manager, youll look after the people and processes to make sure that everything, and everyone, works perfectly.
Youll take care of everything from costs, resources and budgets to setting higher standards and tackling any issues that crop up. Getting out there among your team, youll also inspire from the shop floor to keep everyone motivated, happy and equipped to deliver.
What you need to show us
To be successful as a Logistics Shift manager, youll ideally have warehouse and distribution experience and a background in driving and managing change.
