Hartlepool
£25,000 - £30,000 + Training + Progression + Travel + Competitive Benefits
Excellent opportunity for a dynamic Graduate looking to secure a two-year fixed term role with a major global player in the manufacturing industry.
On offer is the chance to work alongside a massively experienced, inspirational management team while gaining significant knowledge and career prospects within the UK manufacturing sector.
The company are a globally recognised FMCG manufacturer. They supply their products into multiple industries and have continued to thrive through recent uncertainty. This role has been chosen to be based in their Hartlepool site which has been established over 60 years. They have a strong focus on continuous improvement, refined production and reducing waste.
The role would suit a Manufacturing, Production or similar Graduate. Any technical discipline will be considered alongside work experience in manufacturing being beneficial.
For the first year you will be based in Hartlepool. In the second year there will be the opportunity to travel across other UK sites with a focus on improving process and reducing waste.
All in all, a unique opportunity for a motivated graduate to secure a fantastic role with significant career progression and extensive development within a global manufacturer.
THE ROLE:
*Two Year Fixed Term Contract.
*Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager.
*Focussed on process improvement and waste reduction.
*Variety of short term and long term projects.
*Based in Hartlepool, UK wide travel in second year.
THE PERSON:
*Any Manufacturing, Production or similar degree discipline.
*Any technical discipline will be considered; work experience in Manufacturing desired.
*Full UK Driving License.
