Our client is a pioneer in the casual dining market and we are now looking for an Assistant General Manager for this market leading bar and restaurant group at their site in Northampton paying up to £28,000.
We are looking for a candidate who is driven by team engagement and exceptional service delivery. Leading from the front is a must and the successful candidate will come with ideas of how to drive sales and increase team engagement.

Service driven, guest focused, fresh food quick service restaurant and bar operation
A group that has reacted well during pandemic with strong sales across all sites on delivery platforms
Renowned for providing a unique guest experience centred around fresh food and great cocktails.
What we are looking for;
Managers with a passion for delivering a great guest experience
People focused with a proven track record of developing and progressing their team
Ideally with minimum 1 year Assistant General Manager or Deputy Manager experience in a branded restaurant or bar environment
