General Labourer

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a General Labourer to join our client based in Cambridge. This role is a full time temporary role until April 2021. Hours of work Mon-Fri 7am - 3pm, Paying £10 - £12per hour.

**All successful candidates will be subject to a security screening process prior to starting on site**

This role is to support the onsite storeman in arranging for equipment and materials being held in the various store locations to be distributed out to the varying work faces on the project.

Key Responsibilities

To liaise with the various site teams.
Collect any unused materials from works faces and return to stores when not required. Close liaison with both storeman and site team leads.
Arrange to meet the various delivery companies, off load the materials and equipment and transport to the designated onsite storage locations.
To keep the store locations in a tidy and professional workman like space.
Arrange and take any disused packaging to the designated rubbish locations on siteRequirements

This role will require a reasonable fit and agile individual as there will be a lot of walking involved with this role.
This individual will require a CSCS Labourer card as a minimum to allow them to work on the project.
Ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in the construction environment for a logistics company previously
