Technical Service Sales Advisor
Do you have knowledge of diesel engine components and parts, experience in identifying fault codes to understand the nature of service jobs?
In addition to engine knowledge, we also need someone who can make sales calls and is able to identify and maximise on a sales-opportunities, process orders and raise invoices.

Duties:
The primary purpose of the Technical Service Sales Advisor is to technically clarify and process customers' requirements over the phone and by email.
This will involve ordering the correct parts and scheduling a mobile service engineer to meet customer requirements in a cost-effective manner with the aim of achieving a first time fix.
It also involves resolving queries with engineers and customers swiftly to raise invoices and bring jobs to a conclusion.
Support the growth of the aftersales department by making proactive sales calls to existing and potential clients.
Experience Required:
• Electro-mechanical knowledge
• The ability to identify fault codes and provide solutions
• Working knowledge of SAP or a similar complex ERP system.
• A technical qualification equivalent experience e.g. NVQ or other evidence of continuous professional development this level
Working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with the option of flexitime
Based in Cannock – Free Parking on Site
