Senior Web Developer
Our client is currently looking to hire a Senior Web Developer on a 3 month contract to support them as part of their planned developments to their internal and external web solutions. This post will pay between £520 - £570/day Inside IR35 and will be working remotely.
About the organisation
The organisation we are supporting are a government body that collaborates closely with businesses and other government organisations to provide essential public services. Their mandate going forward this year is to ensure that they are able to offer continuous benefit to the public following on from the global pandemic. They are committed to providing excellent services and you will support in expanding their digital capability. You will work in a small development team, reporting in to the web development manager.
Key responsibilities
As the Senior Web Developer your main tasks will be:
You will support in the delivery of upgrades and changes to their internal and external web solutions, including their web applications and CMS
You will participate in all stages of development including the planning, designing and implementation phases
You will work with the test team to address and issues and optimise the solutions Key skills and experience
The main skills and experience required from the Senior Web Develop are:
Strong web development skills including a background working with .Net and ASP.Net frameworks
Experience working with HTML, CCS & JavaScript
Experience using Sitecore
Experience working with React.js
Experience using Azure Devops and GIT for version control
A Sitecore Certification
A background building restful API’sWhat next?
