JOB TITLE: Import Administrator

LOCATION: Gravesend

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm

We're teaming up with the Manager of this family run, logistics company. The company have been established for over 20 years and have a small but close-knit team. Due to a huge wave of business, they are looking to recruit an additional Import Administrator to join the team ASAP.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

Import custom clearance entries
Negotiating and communicating with clients
Invoicing including Import Duty and VAT
Arranging deliveries with Haulage companies and shipping lines
Managing the import process from start to finish

We'd love to speak to candidates with:

Freight Forwarding experience
Experience with Customs documentation
Immediate availability would be preferential
Excellent communication skills
