Quality Inspector

Are you looking for a new role as a Quality Inspector? Interested in working for a leading manufacturing business? If the answer is yes, this role could be for you!

The QC Technician will be providing inspection support in order for the site to meet production targets.

This is a temporary role for a few months, there is the potential for the position to go perm, although this is not a guarantee. You will also have the opportunity to apply for any internal vacancies too!

Role:

Inspect sample components and purchased parts
Provide feedback to supplies
Carry out recorded measurement and inspection reports Experience:

Competent with MS office
Knowledge and application of general metrology principles
Knowledge and use of inspection tools and CMM
Ability to manage and maintain databases
Produce clear and concise reports
Produce written SOP's
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Mechanical Engineering / QC background Ideal qualifications, but not essential:

Mechanical Engineering Qualification - ONC / HNC
Or, an Engineering / Manufacturing related degree
Metrology Qualification
