Finishing Manager

Finishing Manager required on a residential project in Kent. This contract is looking for an experienced finishing manager to start in January 2021 and will roughly 8 months work paying up to £210 per day depending on experience.

The project x2 pre cast concrete panel apartment blocks comprising of 200 apartments. You will be responsible for reporting into a Block Manager, sequencing internal trades and sign offs for snagging

Responsibilities:

Internal package management
Cooperation with project management and subcontractors.
Ongoing monitoring of quality as well as guaranteeing of schedule compliance. Ideally you will have:
Residential finishing experience
Trades background or degree qualified
Ability to be proactive and use initiative when making decisions

Rate: £180-£210 per day

Duration: 8 months

Location: Ashford
