An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Secretary with extensive experience to join a well established organisation based in Central Wimbledon.

The main purpose of the role is to provide secretarial support, clerical and administrative to the department.

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills / experience:

- previous secretarial experience

- excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- attention to detail

- ability to maintain discretion

- ability to manage relevant systems and processes to increase efficiency

- ability to prioritise and manage workload

- ability to work to key deadlines

- minimum typing speed of 50 wpm

- strong IT skills - experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access and Outlook
