Continental Shift Pattern 4on 4off Days or Nights 12-hour shifts plus extra shift allowance per hour

Job Description:

We are recruiting Cereal based - Production Process Operatives which includes Oven / Baking / Mixing for a temporary on going basis with temp to perm opportunities.
To be considered for this role all candidates must be flexible within reason, reliable and available for an immediate start where required. Candidates must command a basic to good level of English speaking, reading and writing.

All applicants for consideration will undergo full registration and pre-site selection testing.

Successful applicants will move on to a full site orientation and induction on their first day of work.

Operatives will be flexible in assignments as positions may vary from to time to time which may include packing, sorting, picking, dispatch, labelling, capping and boxing. A certain level of dexterity is required and will be assessed where needed.

Continental Shift Pattern 4on 4off Days or Nights 12-hour shifts 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00

Position Requirements (Skills / Experience)

• Industrial Oven / Baking / Mixing experience preferred – however full training can be provided
• Flexibility
• Good work ethic
• Own transport is beneficial but not essential as this is accessible by local bus, walking & bicycle

The role involves the following physical requirements on a daily basis:

• Standing or walking long periods between 8 and 12 hours (depending on shifts)
• Lifting and moving products up to 15kg
• Lifting, bending, reaching above the head, crouching and/or stretching
• Pushing and pulling up to 15kg in weight
• Manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
