Interaction Recruitment are sourcing 5 x warehouse workers for a very busy client based in the Chatham area. This role is very fast paced and have high pick rates / KPI's in place. This role involves picking / packing / some heavy lifting / loading / unloading of vehicles. The right candidate should be energetic and able to work to strict deadlines. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage. Be able to deal with urgent requests from the client and work on own initiative when required. Hours of work are 0:500 - 15:00 but need to be flexible on finish time due to the nature of the work. Plenty of overtime available.This can lead to ongoing work for the right person.
