Part/ Full Time SEMH Learning Support Assistant needed in a Primary SEMH Pupil Referral Unit in Telford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Learning Support Assistants in the Telford area with SEMH experience to start ASAP.

This Primary PRU is for KS1& KS2 pupils with SEMH, challenging behavior, ADHD and ASC.

The school requires specialist SEMH Learning Support Assistants to give support, observation and intervention to suit the pupil’s own individual needs.

All applicants MUST have a minimum of 6 months experience working with children with challenging behavior.

Team Teach or MAPA is ideal, but your character and experience is more important.

The role will include:

1-1 or small group support
Liasing with outside agencies and parents/ guardians
Having the natural ability to want to see the pupils succeed and grow
