We're looking for talented and ambitious experienced proactive Senior Renewals Relationship Manager to start January / February 2021 to work as a more experienced member of the Renewals Channel and within the wider Sales Team, having experience in this role is essential as the interview is based around your experience within the current market
As the experienced Senior Renewals Relationship Manager we are looking for a forward thinking experienced individual to join our rapidly growing business based in Nottingham as part of a very established experienced team with free parking working Monday - Friday office hours in brand new bespoke office.
As the Senior Renewals Relationship Manager some of your duties are listed below
Accountability for overall performance and pipeline for your TPI's covering all aspects of the Renewal process Manage and coordinate the renewal teams Account Plan with TPI's to understand and give visibility of their routes to market, potential value and actions to progress value/volume
Understand challenges and blockers to sales and ensure these are logged, collated and communicated with a solution to line manager and wider business
Adhere to agreed service level agreements for the pricing and servicing of TPI contracts
Use your knowledge of the TPI Market to improve our share
Identify and understand TPI needs and work with key stakeholders to make things happen
Be the "go to person" for all TPI enquiries covering the Renewal journey - objections, billing issues, servicing queries, commission statements and consumption reports, new propositions etc
Gain an in-depth knowledge in to your TPI's, their wants and needs and how we can work together better
To constantly hit profit and margin targets through TPI Renewal that sit within your TPI caseload having responsibility to drive sales through weekly contact with your TPI's collating feedback to aid future improvements
To deliver excellent customer service through strong relationships with Energy Brokers, understanding their needs and working with them to remove blockers and achieve targets
Price TPI tenders selectively, where required to win larger business
Negotiating >1 Gig/Large contracts with Management team to get contracts agreed and signed
Working closely with TPI's on objections, rejections and credit control etc
Performance manage all TPI's with an expectancy of growth
Weekly conference calls with your top TPI's to manage their performance and track tenders, renewals
Working with TPI's to help reduce any outstanding debt for their Customer's
Understanding renewal timeline and sales process from customer and partner
Building professional relationships with TPIs and stakeholders across the Business to gain win/win relationship.
Lead, own incentives to create more business through allocated TPI's
Create Wishlist for TPI caseload obtaining information on competitor offers etc
F2F contact off site with TPI's where necessary to support strategy
Ability to run own desk but support the less senior members of the Renewal team with query resolution without being micro managed
Work with allocated support providing timely tenders with sufficient information
Providing key Management Info to your line manager, consolidate for the team (including pipeline, quote performance and improvement plans)
proactively engaging partners in strategic discussions well in advance of large renewals
Meeting and exceeding all renewal sales KPI's
Accurately forecasting renewal sales and timing by maintaining good quality MI
Use your experience to articulate the renewal cycle
Building professional relationships with TPIs
ricing all tenders effetely and accurately
