A leading Housing Group is looking for an experienced Home Ownership Officer to join their team for an initial 9 month FTC. The role is based in Camberley, but there is also the opportunity to work from another office in Horsham. This role is a Monday - Friday position paying a competitive annual salary of £32,000 - £33,000 plus car allowance (pro rata)

Description
As well as providing a customer-focused services to manage homeowner queries the successful candidate will be required to:
* Welcome new residents to the service, ensuring any issues are resolved and provide a high quality customer experience
* Use resident feedback to identify common issues and develop plans to meet their customer needs
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external service providers
* Provide regular communication to residents and resolve their queries at a high standard, including covenant breaches and anti-social-behaviour
* Ensuring properties are maintained by liaising with contractors, diagnosing and managing repairs and be responsible for making sure repairs are delivered effectively and efficiently
* Ensure communal areas and neighbourhoods are clean and well maintained, you may be asked to manage cleaners or caretakers
* Collect rent and service charges and manage service charge accounts, referring cases for legal action where appropriate
* Process staircasing, remortgage and lease extension applications
Profile
Alongside Previous Home ownership / Leasehold experience the successful candidate will have:
· Excellent communication skills
· The ability to organise and manage your time
· The determination to make sure that things are done right the first time, every time
· The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
· A full UK Driving license and access to a car
Job Offer
As well as a competitive salary of £32,000 - £33,000 pro rata plus Car allowance, the successful candidate will also benefit from:
