Carpenter - FRA Experience - Redruth, Truro - Based
Immediate Start
My client, a national maintenance contractor based in Plymouth, who work with the local authority housing associations landlords, managing their projects, assessing risk of fire and carrying out FRA upgrades where necessary in line with the current FRA Legislation.
My client would like to appoint a qualified Carpenter with experience and knowledge of hanging fire doors, fitting stoppers, finishing projects in line with current FRA Legislation including fitting insulation around wiring, windows, doors etc among other duties involved with upgrading their FRA programme in line with completed surveys.
You will be covering Redruth, Truro, Falmouth mostly; however you will be expected to work across Cornwall on the various housing association projects that require support reporting to a contracts manager.
Essential:
Full UK Driving License
Own Tools
Own Van - Business miles will be compensated.
